All of the products on our web site are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Call Horizon Customer Service at 1-866-468-4066 to obtain a Return Authorization #. An RA # is required to return any item(s) to Horizon. The RA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container as well as listed on the packing slip on the inside of the container.


Consumers returning any item(s) without a Return Authorization # will be assessed a 15% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.


Refunds and Replacement orders will be processed as soon as return is received. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Department.


Instructions
  1. Obtain an RA # from Horizon Customer Service at 1-866-468-4066.
  2. Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip.
  3. Write the RA # provided to you by customer service on the packing slip as well as the outside of the box/container.
  4. Upon request we can provide a return label for you. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit available. Call Customer Service at 1-866-468-4066 to request the return label or if you need additional assistance.
  5. For your protection, we recommend Returns be sent via a trackable method, e.g.:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original unused item via the above method. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

You will need to place separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.
